Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CJ INDUSTRIES account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
